Wesgate Digital provides website design and development services for small businesses. Our services include custom website creation, responsive design, basic SEO optimization, and ongoing support as outlined in your service package.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the package selected and complexity of requirements. Actual delivery times may vary depending on client responsiveness, content provision, and any additional requests or revisions.

Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and approval
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving designs and functionality as requested
• Providing clear feedback and communicating requirements effectively
• Ensuring all content provided is legally compliant and copyright-free

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients own the completed website including design, code, and content (excluding third-party libraries and frameworks). Wesgate Digital retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes.

Revisions and Changes

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a separate agreement and additional payment.

Hosting and Maintenance

While we can assist with hosting setup, ongoing hosting and domain costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed. Optional maintenance plans are available for ongoing updates and security.

Limitation of Liability

Wesgate Digital's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we create.
